In this vexation of life, find your peace in silence
And Enjoy the therapeutic sounds of nature

And Let your freedom be your unwavering faith

Analysis
This is a poem of 18 lines with three stanza written by Okoro Amarachi Anastasia. It is poem that create mental health awareness. The theme of the poem centered on mental health as a universal human rights. The poet points out importance to maintain ones sanity in this messy life.
Looking at the first line in stanza one, she went straight to the point, saying “in this vexation of life, find your peace in silence”. It captures the theme of the poem which admits that life is chaotic (filled with ups and downs), but it is our responsibility to find peace a mist the turbulent waters of life. Be kind in words that fill the emptiness of heart”. Promoting a sense of Joy, happiness and feeling of love, which we softens the heart and strengthens the mind. We should intentional in having positive feeling, positive thoughts and creating sweet memories/ happiness even when sad circumstances happens.
